In most religions, we are always told that we should love each other and be unselfish toward others. However, most people only consider this as good will or just a commandment from God, but they don't exactly understand why. In some religions, it is also said that we are all part of The One, but not too many people understand what it really means or how it works in real life. To understand how we are connected as one, we need to look into both the spiritual connections and Fortune Credit connections of human beings.
1. Spiritual Connection
The body to the spirit is like a house to its owner. When a house is owner-occupied, the house will be full of life; when the owner leaves or abandons the house, the condition of the house will deteriorate. The same thing happens to the body and spirit of a human being. When a person has spiritual life, he will be full of life; when the spirit leaves the body, the body dies, like the house deteriorates after the owner leaves. The spirit is like the wind, as taught by Jesus, “The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of spirit” (John3:8).
As our spirits are coming from the same source, the Breath of Life from God, our spirits will connect with each other when we meet, see, hear, or even think about others. It’s like two bottles of gas in the same room. When the bottles are opened, the gas in the first bottle will enter the second bottle and the gas in the second bottle will enter the first one. Your spirit is the host spirit of your own body and the spirits of other people that you connect with will be the guest spirits inside of you. It’s same situation for your spirit in others. Therefore, from a spiritual viewpoint, you are in others and others are in you.
In the real world, when you love some people, they are in your heart; when you hate some people, they are also in your heart. So no matter whether you like them or not, as soon as you have contact with them, even just in mind, they are already part of you through the spiritual connection. And vice versa, you are also part of them. So when you hurt others, you are also hurting yourself as a guest spirit inside of them, like burning someone else’s house while you are still in it. When you help others, you will also benefit from it, like providing heat to a freezing house while you are a guest in that house. The damage and benefit of this spiritual connection will show up in Fortune Credit.
2. Fortune Credit Connection
According to the Law of Fortune Credit, when you help others, you will gain positive Fortune Credit or, like Jesus said, accumulate your Treasure in Heaven. When you hurt others, you will get negative Fortune Credit that will ruin your Treasure in Heaven. When you have positive Fortune Credit, good fortune will happen to you as the blessings from God. When you have negative Fortune Credit, the misfortune will also happen soon. Therefore, when you help others, you are also helping yourself through positive Fortune Credit; and when you hurt others, you are also hurting yourself through negative Fortune Credit.
In this world of competition, people always try to get the maximum benefit for themselves. It’s okay to work for self-interest, as long as you don’t hurt others. If people try to gain improper gains by hurting others, then the negative Fortune Credit will cost more misfortune and damages in the future.
In the past, people only paid attention to how much earthly gain they could get without realizing how much “Treasure in Heaven” it costs. If people ruin their Fortune Credit or Treasure in Heaven, the cost in the form of misfortune and damage will be much bigger than their earthly gains. Some people even have to pay the price in their next lives. Currently, many children living in poverty in those undeveloped countries were rich people in their past lives. When they gained improper benefit for themselves through hurting others, they would pay the lifetime price for their negative Fortune Credit.
3. Love Others as Part of Yourself
Jesus taught people to “love others as yourself”, because they are actually part of you. We are all connected as one body through both spiritual connection and Fortune Credit. That’s the foundation of Heavenly Love. If you can understand the Spiritual Oneness for all people, you will have the compassion and love for everyone, including those who hurt you or hate you.
The most important thing to learn Heavenly Love and to understand Spiritual Oneness is to consider others as part of you. That is also the ultimate stage of Spiritual Awareness. You will feel the pain when others get hurt and you will feel the joy when others are happy. That’s what the compassion and mercifulness mean. All other people are like parts of your body. If your foot missed a step and caused you to fall and break your wrist or hand, would your wrist or hand hate your foot and cut off your foot as revenge? Of course not. You will use your hand to take care of your foot if it also breaks. It’s the same way you should love and forgive others as part of yourself.
Sometimes people may make mistakes and hurt you. If it is unintentional, you should forgive them, for your Father in Heaven will see it and compensate you for your heart of forgiveness. If they hurt you intentionally, you should still forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing. They are just transferring their Fortune Credit or Treasure in Heaven to you. But you still have the right to defend yourself and save them from committing more sins.
The most important thing at this moment is to have “No Anger”, because anger is like wildfire that will burn out the Fortune Credit, or the Treasure in Heaven, you just received. Most people didn’t know this. After they get hurt, their minds are full of hatred and revenge. So their anger burns away the Fortune Credit they’d just received. That’s why most people don’t see the compensation and reward from God after they get hurt. They tried to use their own ways to revenge, which causes more damage to their own Fortune Credit. It becomes a loop of negative feedback. Those people who always seek revenge with hatred in their heart will not get blessings from God, only the judgment and more misfortune.
Love others so you will be loved, and
Forgive others so you will be forgiven.
For you are in others and others in you,
All of us are just the parts of the One.
When you help others, you are also helping yourself; and when you hurt others, you are also hurting yourself
. Don’t just take my word for it. Try it yourself or look at your past experience, and you will see that the Word of God is true. The Grace of the Father in Heaven is abundant. Don’t ruin your Treasure in Heaven for the measly gain on earth. Don’t hurt others or you will be hurt, for you are in others and others are in you. The Spiritual Oneness of All and Love Others as Part of Yourself are the main revelations for Heavenly Love in the Eternal Gospel for Peace and Wisdom. That’s the reason that Jesus’ sacrifice can redeem the sins of those people who accept His salvation. The Spiritual Oneness is the foundation for the ultimate enlightenment and the spiritual mergence with the Holy Spirit of God, the Father in Heaven.
